I'm not a bag fan, but I'm a sucker for interesting DIY projects. When I saw this, it was like I wanted to throw a Hermes-inspired party! Who wouldn't?

I may be 4 years late since the campaign started, but hey, it still looks like a good project to have.

ETCs: Chinabank Online - My New Convenient Way Of Buying A Prepaid Callcard

13/4/2012

I like how online things make certain aspects of my life easy. One of the things that I sometimes feel so lazy to do is buying load credit for my phone SIM. I know, I know, with all the convenient ways and outlets that offer the service, I still fail to do so sometimes (unless I really need the credit).

Why not get a postpaid line to avoid the hassle of having to go to a store to reload? With all the good prepaid offers from the different telcos nowadays and combine it with those who are selling share-a-load (for Globe), it's cheaper to maintain a prepaid SIM.

So, what's the problem? There was a time that I ran out of credits, but needed to call someone and I had no access to a landline, but have access to the internet. I tried buying credits online, but encountered the following problems:
1. They cost more than the actual credit that you intend to purchase
2. You don't get the callcard details in real-time. It takes hours if not days, depending on the site.

Well, that came to an end with the help of Chinabank Online.

Once in a while, I go back to my unhealthy eating ways. Everything in moderation, right? Today is one of those days.

Coming home from work, A showed me a couple of can of A&W Cream Soda. He said he was out buying some chips at the grocery when he saw this and he remembered me. Fortunately for him, I was in the mood to consume it. Then again, I don't think I would ever say no to it hehe

It was a good surprise. Doesn't really cost much to feel appreciated.

Home Cooking: Recipes Using Carnation Milk

I can be very particular about certain ingredients when I cook. One of them is milk. I tend to use different types of milk in the kitchen. One brand that's always present in our pantry is Carnation.

This isn't a paid article for the brand. I'm in the process of browsing the web in search of a dessert that I can do for today. Since I've already opened a can of Carnation Condensada, I figured that I might as well finish off the can.
