This morning, I received good news from May. She made her first sale for their condo project, The Address At Wack Wack. I've seen her work really hard, not just to make a sale. She's just really a hard worker - giving it all she's got.
Not that the project is not a good one, I myself think that the size, price, and location is worth it, it's just that there are so many condo developers nowadays that the market is really dispersed. Condo investors would rather place themselves within the CBDs or school areas, which makes a lot of business sense. Still, nothing beats a golf-course view - or at least a green view at the end of the day after coming home from the urban jungle.
Going back to May, I can't even fathom the amount of work (and love) that she has put into this. So as I began my Monday morning, May's news on the sale gave me something to be thankful for.
