Well, at least now I have another squid dish in my recipe list =)
I don't get to cook squid much. The easiest dish I could come up with is adobong pusit, but I didn't want to make that tonight. So, I thought I'd try to make it more interesting by adding a Greek touch to it by cooking it in olive oil and adding bell peppers and lemon juice to it. It turned out pretty good! A and Snuz finished off the first serving rather quickly. A was requesting for seconds, unfortunately, I didn't cook a lot of it since it was an experimental dish.
Well, at least now I have another squid dish in my recipe list =)
