I was passing by the tomato sauce section of Rustan's when this item caught my eye. My first thought was that it's a smart move to use a yellow packaging since the usual colors are red, green, and white. When I went to grab a pack, I was surprised to see that it's a Mama Sita's brand. "Kiddie Spaghetti Sauce" it says. That's a good way of making itself standout from the bandwagon who went for "Filipino Style." Made me think that sweet spaghetti sauce is associated more to kids as I do not agree with calling the sweet sauce as Filipino blend because I am Filipino and I don't like my spaghetti sauce sweet.
Anyway, when trying out spaghetti sauces, I would use it without adding anything else except cooked pasta. Oftentimes, the sauce would fail me and I had to make adjustments to it to make it acceptable to my taste. With Mama Sita's Kiddie Spaghetti Sauce, I didn't had to add anything to it!
For photo purposes though, I did add some sliced button mushrooms (which have no taste and just absorbs the taste of the sauce), parsley and grated cheese for garnishing. And here's how it looks like -
