We went pita pizza 2 ways with this one: with and without pesto. This is a fairly easy recipe that even A can do. For the pesto variant, I only did the following steps:
1. spread the pesto on the pita bread
2. top with sliced onions and crumbled feta cheese
3. bake in oven toaster
For the plain onion variety:
1. pour olive oil on the pita bread and spread evenly
2. top with sliced onions and crumbled feta cheese
3. bake
Quick and easy, but if you could spare some time in using caramelized onions, it should give the pizza another dimension in texture and flavor.
