A good friend of mine (and my Maid of Honor) is finally getting married. Though I've been advised about the news last year, it just dawned on me that it's already next month and realized I don't have anything formal to wear. I'm not talking about acceptable formal, this is a formal-formal event. I rarely attend events of these levels as I'm not into it, but she's my friend and she's waited for this day to come for years. I might as well use it as an excuse to invest in a formal wear (since I can't wear my wedding dress to avoid guest confusion).
Over the years, formal wear has always been one of my weak points. It's not as easy as selecting a sportswear or a pair of jeans. After hours of searching, I finally found a design, shape, and cut that I like.

OK, I never said that what I saw was cheap. I didn't even know it was a D&G to begin with until I saw the tag. As I've said, I have an excuse to invest in a dress (sans the price tag).
