Well, knowing myself, I'd probably try to make a more affordable copycat at home or something. At least, I would still have Jamba Juice to thank for making me voluntarily consume yogurt.
It was a rainy afternoon. A wanted to walk around since the wind is blowing a cool breeze. I would've appreciated it more if it weren't for the wet roads. But hey, I wouldn't say no to a leisure walk with A. We went to the new C section of Bonifacio High Street where a number of food establishments have already opened up as the rest of the area is being developed. Despite the ongoing construction of the area, one can still savor the view of its fountain and ampitheater. Since it was raining, we opted to put a roof over our head while enjoying the cool breeze as we sip a large cup of Jamba Juice. Not a typical venue wherein one would see the likes of me (maybe A, but not I), but I wasn't hungry enough to try the other establishments in the area that time. Their menu has a good selection of healthy drinks, most of them are smoothies. I usually don't consume yogurt (except for Golden Spoon), but I guess the fruits that have been blended into their smoothies (at least the ones that we've ordered) make it tolerable for me to consume. Believe me, that's a good thing since my dad's been trying to make me consume yogurt for decades and there was hardly a voluntary moment. As I was reading the side of the drinking cup, I thought that maybe I should give this yogurt consumption thingy one more try. You know, to be on the healthier side of things. On another end, the large cup that we've ordered costs Php195. Quite a hefty price to pay to be healthy on a daily basis considering it's only one drink.
